Outgrow it when pages start queueing at busy hours, or when the mailbox fills the account.

Most hosting comparisons stop at storage. These are the numbers that decide whether a site stays quick when several people are on it at once.
Given in GHz rather than in cores, because the account is not pinned to one physical core. 8 GHz behaves like roughly two and a half cores working for you alone. WordPress spends this on plugins, page builders and search queries.
The ceiling for all PHP processes on the account at the same time. A single WordPress request typically uses between 64 and 256 MB, so the limit is really about how many heavy requests can overlap.
How many PHP requests are being served at the same instant. Cached pages never enter this count, which is why LiteSpeed Cache changes the picture more than any upgrade.
Everything the account runs, including cron jobs, SSH sessions and background tasks, not only web requests.
How much data per second the account may read from or write to disk. Backups, large imports and media uploads are what use this.
The number of separate operations per second, which matters more than raw throughput for databases full of small reads.
One inode is one file or folder. A WordPress install is around 3,000, a large media library can be tens of thousands, and an old cache folder nobody cleared can quietly be the largest item on the account.

That matters on the day you hand the site to somebody else. There is nothing proprietary to explain and nothing that only works through us.

Ask us directlyThe number on the plan is the number of separate domains you can point at the account. In practice the limit you meet first is entry processes and CPU, not the domain count, so three busy shops need more room than ten brochure sites.
An entry process is one PHP request being served at that exact moment. Most requests finish in well under a second, so a limit of 75 covers far more than 75 visitors. You only hit the ceiling when pages are slow and requests start stacking up.
Yes, from cPanel, together with the extensions each version loads. You do not need a ticket and you do not need to wait for us.
Yes. Raw access logs and error logs are available in cPanel, along with Webalizer and AWStats. When something is slow, that is where the answer usually is.
Anything that runs continuously and consumes the shared machine: bulk mailing, crypto mining, public file dumps, torrent clients and long running background daemons. For those, a VPS is the honest answer and we will tell you so.
What it runs on, roughly how many visitors, whether there is a shop. That is enough for a straight answer, and it costs nothing to ask.
